Date: Yearly exhibitions for printing and plastics industries.

Client Requirements: To pick up, transport, unload and place machinery to exhibit at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre according to various companies’ directions. At exhibition’s closure, dismantle, re-pack and re-deliver machinery as directed.

Equipment Used: Fork lifts (4-18 tonne capacity), cranes (12-60 tonne capacity), semi-trailers, stepdeck trailers, tautliners, low loaders and crane trucks.

Time Taken: 3 days going in (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). 2 days going out (Saturday and Sunday).

L. Arthur Personnel Used: 15 men.

Job Summary: Exhibitions are by their very nature arduous tasks with very strict time constraints. All tasks carried out to the satisfaction of all concerned.
